Get involved as a landowner:

  • Submit your information to us via our landowner contact form so that we can learn more about your land and how we can help you manage it. We may also contact you for a free site visit so that we can walk your land with you.
  • Participate in a UC Cooperative Extension Forest Stewardship Workshop to learn more about how to be a good steward to your land, including how to navigate state and federal cost-share programs and how to write a Forest Management Plan for your land.
  • Host a prescribed burn on your land as an educational opportunity for the Lake County Prescribed Burn Association. [More information coming soon.]
  • Participate in the upcoming Lake County Prescribed Fire Training Exchange (TREX).
