CLERC is involved with many aspects of environmental awareness. We keep track of what is going on with Events, Policies, Regulations, etc. We often have timely information we want to share with our community. This is the place we will do that and try to post the information on Social Media and through our newsletter.

Can you help us spread the word? Next month, the Mendocino National Forest will host a series of community sessions in Chico, Red Bluff, Upper Lake and Covelo to gather public input on prioritizing post-wildfire recovery. We need your help to reach communities with this information.

State Water Resources Control Board staff will hold workshops on
October 19, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. and October 24, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. to answer questions and receive input on the draft emergency regulations for the Clear Lake Watershed. For updated details, review the revised notice.
The State Water Board will accept written comments on the draft emergency regulations until 12:00 p.m. noon on October 31, 2023.
